We request a 1000 euros confirmation deposit which is non refundable, but reusable for any future date in the event of any cancellation. That is of course if the whole group has to cancel. If only one person in the group cancels then we can refund that deposit as it will be less likely that person comes back on his/her own.

60 days prior to arrival we request balance payment and that is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, anything after that we have to talk to hotels and see the situation. Having said all that, we look into each case independently and we try to be a flexible as possible and deal with each ase one by one.

We offer packages that cover all basic needs during an active holiday and allow you to enjoy your trip fully. Included are private airport transfers, lovely rural and coastal 4-5 star hotels with breakfast, luggage & logistical transfers, standard bike rental, navigation tools, a digital personalised itinerary available on your phone, Garmin devices with routes pre-loaded, and on-trip assistance through a free messaging service. We even include recommendations on restaurants and local dishes, cycling café’s and other optional activities available in your itinerary!

Of course, each group is different, and we can personalised and offer fulls service packages where we can include guides (cycling, hiking, climbing, and other activities), Support-and-Gear SAG vehicle support, lunches, dinners, and other special events.

SELF-GUIDED: or self-guided above and beyond as some of our guests have called it. In other words, it is not your typical self-guided as we will have a vehicle and host on stand-by for the group and constantly checking in, assisting in any way necessary and possible emergencies or mechanicals, and all the logistics needed during the activities.

GUIDED: The guide will be riding with you on all the rides taking the responsibility or stress of the navigation off you, and also helping with any mechanicals or problems during the rides. He/she will be in charge of coordinating the bookings for lunch and dinners, and also planing any coffee stops or other stops that may be of your interest during the trip. I always say to my guides that our job title is not guide but Hosts, as we treat our guests as hosts in our home.

SUPPORT-AND-GEAR (SAG) VEHICLE SUPPORT: this is a good option for bigger groups, usually with different levels of riders, who want the vehicle following them during all the activities where they can carry extra clothes, and of course making any unexpected assistance much more seamless. In the support vehicle we offer riding nutrition and snacks, cold drinks, bike tools, spares, first aid kit..

Being and island, we normally say that you can get lost, but won’t get very far (joke). The rule is that if you get to the Sea, you have two options; take a dip or turn around! Nothing to worry about though, we will provide you with digital tracks that you’ll be able either to download on your GPS device or easily follow through an application on your phone. We have phone pouches that you can easily attach to your handlebar.

As of 2024, we also provide Garmin Explore 2 devices with the routes for your trip preloaded in them.

AS you can see in the bikes tab above, we mostly provide Canyon or Specialized bikes. We work mostly with two main providers: North Winds Cycles in Alaró, and Sescapada bikes, the official Specialized distributors.

The bike models often change but we keep a standard bike as full carbon with electronic components (Shimano 105Di2 or Sram Rival etap), with many upgrades possible to Specialized and Aethos, Tarmacs SL7 and SL8 with Dura Ace Di2 for example.

For bikes, we mostly works with Specialized Turbo CREO SL and VADO SL, but other models are available too.

As of Spring 2026, we will start working with Cube Nuroad Hybrid C:62 gravel/road e-bike with Bosch motor and battery systems.
